Writer first, human second - that’s how I’ve always described myself, and it’s the gist of who I am. I was that kid that made up words to fit her rhyme scheme, that gave her parents mediocre poetry as birthday presents, that had more journals and notebooks than toys (take this one with a grain of salt).
